Pilates – 1 to 1 classes
One-on-one sessions are the most effective way to focus on your unique needs, injuries or personal goals. During these sessions you will have the opportunity to build on your posture awareness, strength and balance of deep core muscles. These sessions are highly recommended if you are new to Pilates or if you would like your sessions to be designed specifically for you, with your personal goals in mind. This is the best way to become familiar with the key elements and basic movements of Pilates and to get you started on an individualised Pilates exercise program.
