We use the Fitball in our U Mamma classes and we recommend to use it as a birthing ball throughout your pregnancy, during your labour and beyond.

Safe and strong enough to support 600lbs, FitBall® are manufactured to CE standards. Made from soft, non-slip Burst Resistant Quality (BRQ) material which deflates slowly when punctured to prevent injury. The Fitball® is sized according to your height.
