- Initial Set-up on Treatment
- Patient follow–up when required
- Downloading of patient information when required by hospital.

- Servicing/Repairs/Calibration of units
- Supply and delivery of Accessories
- Replacement of unit within 24 hrs.
- Week-end on call service
